- From 2015 to 2019, Yana TYTSKA served as Deputy Director of the Institute of Law, Economics of International Relations of the International Humanitarian University.

- since February 2020 - Director of the Institute of Law, Economics and International Relations of the International Humanitarian University.
- from December 2021 to the present day - Dean of the Faculty of Law and Economics of the International Humanitarian University.

- received a diploma from the Matokotai Karate Federation of Ukraine, for a significant personal contribution to the development and popularization of matokotai karate in Ukraine and invaluable contribution to the patriotic education of young people (2018),
- for her initiative and perseverance, high professionalism, conscientious performance of official duties and significant personal contribution to the development of education and science was awarded a letter of appreciation from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2022). Tytska was awarded the "Excellence in Education" badge from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine № 143.
