About the program
The educational program is aimed at mastering basic knowledge and skills that ensure readiness to hold positions in the field of international law and create the necessary foundation for further mastering professional competence and obtaining a bachelor's or master's degree at the junior level.

Graduates of the "Junior Bachelor's" degree can continue their studies at the Faculty of Law and Economics in the 3rd year with a shortened period of study.
The educational program pays special attention to the branches of international and domestic law that regulate relations between Ukrainian and foreign business entities, customs, law enforcement and government agencies operating in the field of foreign economic activity.
The educational program provides an opportunity to obtain a state diploma with a double educational qualification - Master of International Relations and Translator, practical knowledge in the field of international maritime and customs law, analytical and research skills, and experience of cooperation with international companies. The regional context was taken into account when developing the program, as the maritime sector is a backbone element of the economy for Odesa and the region. Therefore, specialists who are able to interpret and apply the norms of maritime and customs law; identify gaps in the current maritime and customs legislation, provide high-quality legal advice and legal assistance in various categories of cases in the field of maritime activities and state customs are always in demand in the labor market.
