  • in 2010 graduated from the International Humanitarian University (Odesa) with a degree in "International Law".
WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Since 2010, he has been working on an internal part-time basis at the Department of International Law and Comparative Law, currently as a professor at the department.
  • Since October 2019, he has been the Rector of the International Humanitarian University.
  • From 2015 to 2019, Hromovenko served as the Director of the Institute of Law, Economics and International Relations of the International Humanitarian University.
  • From 2011 to 2015, he was Deputy Director of the College of Economics and Law at the International Humanitarian University.
MAIN PUBLICATIONS
Hromovenko is the author of numerous scientific papers, studies topical issues of public international law and the right to higher education.
AWARDS AND HONORS
  • In 2022, he was awarded the badge "For Scientific and Educational Achievements" (badge №69, order of the Ministry of Education and Science № 286-k of November 01, 2022).
  • In 2021, Hromovenko was awarded the "Excellence in Education" badge (№303 of 11.10.2021).
  • In 2020, Hromovenko was awarded the honorary title of Honored Lawyer of Ukraine.

For conscientious work, personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of law, the development of the International Humanitarian University and for high achievements in the organization of the educational process, fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity, Hromovenko was awarded numerous honorary awards and certificates, namely:
